BSF Bolts  How to Buy

How to buy from us

For direct sales, call or email us your enquiry or order. See the Contact page for details. We post to you, or you can collect from us by prior arrangement. We are located in Parkdale, Melbourne.

Payment

Our invoice will be included in your posted order and will allow for direct deposit payment. Cash on pickup is also available. Payment by cheque or postal order is available. Sorry but we do not accept payment by card.

Goods can be sent world wide, however for an overseas sale we require prior payment via paypal.

Warranties

(i) All warranties and conditions which may be express or implied by law are hereby negatived or excluded save for those warranties and conditions which apply to contracts of sale between the seller and the purchaser by virtue of the operation of any Commonwealth or State legislation which applies to such contracts and cannot be excluded by express agreement.

(ii) The seller's liability if any to the purchaser for any breach of condition or warranty implied by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (as amended) or the Goods Act 1958 (as amended) shall be limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods in respect of which there may be a breach of any implied warranty or condition. No representation is made as to the suitability of any item for any particular purpose, or as to the ongoing availability of any item.

Limitations of Liability

The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, suits, actions, liabilities, demands, expenses or proceedings of whatever nature howsoever arising including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing loss, injury or damage whether consequential or otherwise from the acquisition, purchase, usage, sale, re-sale or disposal of the goods by the purchaser or from any other cause whatsoever.
